Delivery & Returns

How your order reaches you, and how to send something back.

Delivery

Orders are packed by hand and dispatched from our UK workshop. In-stock pieces usually leave us within a few working days; made-to-order pieces are noted on the product page with their lead time.

Methods & timing

  • UK Standard: tracked, typically 2 to 4 working days.
  • UK Express: tracked, next working day where available.
  • Europe: coming soon; rates shown at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

Your right to cancel

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and return it for a refund, no reason needed. This is separate from, and in addition to, your rights if an item is faulty.

Return window & condition

To be refunded, items should be unworn and in their original condition with all tags and protective materials intact. Please try shoes on a soft, clean surface indoors. We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what's needed to check the item.

How to return

Start a return by contacting us via our contact page with your order number, and we'll send instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We refund the item price and standard outbound delivery; return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
